A chef doesn’t need to be good with words.
Even though a dish always comes from the need to tell something, cuisine speaks through another language, formed of textures and sensations.
I wanted to share my work, my passion, my relationship with the kitchen, the inspirations that I have acquired from around the world, but most of all, I wanted my dishes to do the talking.
So, in 2017 I published my first recipe book: "Creative Mediterranean Cuisine" edited by Alessandro Polidoro.
And when cuisine becomes a journey, I say“Tanta roba”.
